Prickly and Sweet. The Thistle Series is the first dinnerware collection I have added to my offerings. This collection features a beautiful prickly slip-trail texture applied to the exterior surface and finished with a lovely food-safe, reactive white glaze that has a subtle opalescent quality.
Dinnerware plates are still in the sampling phase but will be available in early fall.
If you are looking for full sets ( 4, 6, 8, etc) of any of the items in the collection. Please email hello@cassandrascanlon.com to set up a commission. Commissions are made to order, and all items are produced together sequentially. This is to ensure a specific level of continuity and quality throughout the order. I also have discounts for full sets versus individual in-stock items :)
Dimensions:
Espresso - Approximately 2.75” in Diameter and 2.75” in Height
Cup - Approximately 3.125” in Diameter and 3.25” in Height
Mug - Approximately 3.125” in Diameter and 3.375” in Height
Bowl - Approximately 5.625” in Diameter and 2.625”in Height
Finish:
Opalecent Selsor Chun glaze. Breaks over texture and edges with a silky smooth hand feel.
Care:
I recommended handwashing for longevity of the finish, but these are dishwasher and microwave-safe.
