This textured series is called "Cotton" as an ode to the whitewashed and hidden labor of Black Americans. The series features a delicately dimpled and slip-trailed surface that appears deceptively simple but is quite labor-intensive. Each item is carefully taped off and hammered before the “cotton flowers” are slip-trailed onto it. From a distance, the surface resembles rows of blossoming fields.
Bowls and plates are currently in the sampling phase and may be available for the holiday season.

Opalescent glossy Selsor Chun glaze that breaks over texture and edges. Has a silky smooth feel.
Care:
For the longevity of the finish, hand washing is recommended; however, the items are also dishwasher and microwave-safe.
